    What does this include?
    Choose from the multitude of services offered:
    Errands, Shopping, Waiting in line purchasing tickets, Organizing Consultation, Problem Solving, etc.
    (Additonal rate for actual Organizing, including Garage, Yard and other outdoor organizing work.)
    Does not include packing/unpacking moving service.

    Who is this best for?
    For those who need one time services or not sure how many hours they want to invest in their project right now.

    What other details do I need to know?
    3-4 hour minimum depending on the project.

    Basic Rate of $35/hour

    Organization Projects start at $40/hour and vary on type of work:
    Inside or Outside, heavy lifting, ladders/stairs, errands mileage etc.
    EXAMPLE:
    Preparation of Estate/Yard Sale – $40/hr
    Organizing and Purging Closets – $40/hr
    Organizing Garage – $45/hr between October and April.
                                          $55/hr between May thru September

    Service includes: Belly rubs and baby talk, Potty Break, Walk, Fresh Water, waste pick up and disposal
    30 Minute Drop By Visit    $35 (1-2 pets)
    60 Minute Drop by Visit     $45 (1-2 pets)
    60 Minute Drop by Visit     $65 (2+ pets)
    90 Minute Drop by Visit     $75 (4+ pets) (or if you want a longer visit/walk)

    Cats Only –
    Service includes: Belly rubs and baby talk, Clean litter box, Fresh Water
    30 Minute Drop by Visit     $35 (1-2 cats)

    Overnight Pet and House Sitting –
    I will stay in your home overnight to keep your pets company and your home secure. Includes feeding, walking, playing, belling rubs, bringing in the mail and newspapers, taking trash can out/in, adjusting lights, windows, tidying, washing of bed linen, etc. Complete peace of mind.
    8pm – 12noon +/-    
    Most sitters only stay for 12 hours. I will stay til your furkid goes out again late morning. It saves you additional trip charge to have me come back & let them out again. You get the HIGH QUALITY care you and your pet needs and deserves. In other words, you what you pay for!!
    1-2 cats/dogs         $95 per night
    3+ cats/dogs         $125 per night
    Long Term stays (6+ nights) discount available. Contact me for details.

    Includes ONE complimentary visit to meet, run thru the schedule, collect key and answer any questions.
    If additional visits are required to make pets more comfortable with me, a $30 trip charge may be added, depending on location.

    Key Pickup or Drop off visit –   $30
    Fee for making a special trip to pick-up or drop-off your key. Having your key ready at Consultation time will avoid a pick-up fee.

    Pet Transport –
    Take to vet or Groomers or Play Date     $45/hour, mileage included
    Requires previous relationship with vet/groomer. No first time visits.
    Pre-paid visit or Visa/MC card. Please be available via text/phone if questions arise
    Pet crate or harness mandatory

    Poop Scooping –    $35/hr
    Can be combined with additional service above. Contact for more details and pricing.

      House Sitting alone – No Pets –    $55 per night
    8pm – 8am – Includes turning on/off lights, opening & closing of window treatments, security of perimeter, water plants, take trash to/from curb, laundry of used linens.
    If additional services requested (Household Inventory, Organization, etc) during the stay, special custom pricing can be arranged.

    Organize files and shredding paperwork as needed

    Directing furniture and box placement as the moving truck is unloaded

    Reconnecting electronics
    Coordinating with vendors and overseeing all work needed for move-in
    Preparing your new and/or old home for new residents (Move out/Move in cleaning, repairs, etc.)

    Outdoor and Garage work may add an additional fee.
    9am – 4:30pm, 30 minute lunch
     

    Rescue Package –

    12 hours = $400
    Three 4 hours sessions paid and scheduled in advance. Minimum 4 hours per visit.

    They know they need someone on a regular basis and wants to guarantee my availability with 5 Star Service. You’ll even get a mint on your pillow.

    What other details do I need to know?
    Set weekly day and time preferred but you get preferential treatment and no Rush surcharge. (upon availability of other duties.)
    Time is somewhat scheduled in advance, but this gig is mostly for those that don’t care when, just that it gets done.
    Any expected expenses estimated and prepaid. Reimbursement will be credited via payment used.
    Mileage included if within set service areas.
    Block of time prepaid.

    Little Darling Package – $125

    Includes 4 hours of personal concierge service to pick up and deliver diapers, formula, medicine, meals and any other essential items. We can also help the new mom with addressing and mailing thank you notes and birth announcements. This is a perfect shower gift!
    Must be used within one visit. (No roll-over.)
    4 hour minimum per visit.
    If outside service area, an additional fee may be added.

     

    TLC (Tender Loving Care) Package – $120

    Senior T.L.C. / Out-Patient Visits / Sick Assistance
    If you have an elderly parent, friend, or family member who’s ill or just been released from the hospital, our TLC includes buying/delivering groceries and prescriptions, running general errands, making sure pets are fed, delivering meals and other needs for 4 hours. Must be used within one visit. (No roll-over.)
    4 hour minimum per visit.
    If outside service area, an additional fee may be added.

    Any expected expenses estimated and prepaid. Reimbursement will be credited via payment used.

    Inhouse/Location based Executive Package – $1,000/month

    1 day per week to come into your office for the entire day to help you catch up, file, inventory, errands, shop for supplies, stock break room, organize, etc.

    8am – 5pm with a minimum 30 minute lunch.

  • Make Ready Cleaning

    HOUSE, APARTMENTS and CONDOS : MOVE IN/OUT

    $85/HR (TEAM OF TWO OR THREE DEPENDING ON SIZE and YOUR TIMELINE)
    Move In/Out cleanings are charged on a hourly basis for a team of two or three. We use 3 hours as a minimum starting estimate.
    All cleaning supplies and equipment supplied.
    We use environmentally, pet and child safe, chemical free cleaning products.
    If your house isn’t that dirty, then it won’t take as long.
    If your house hasn’t been cleaned in awhile, it may take longer.

    General Time Guidelines:
    up to 1500 sq. ft. – 2 to 3+ hours
    1500 – 2400 sq. ft. – 3 to 4+ hours
    2400 – 3200 sq. ft. – 3 to 5+ hours
    3200 – 3600 sq. ft. – 4 to 6+ hours
    3600 – 4200 sq. ft. – 4 to 7+ hours
    +4200 sq. ft. – 5+ hours

    Keep in mind, this is a DEEP CLEAN! Not just a weekly service where maids will come in & wipe around.
