    Starting at only $40/hour

    Ask Me Concierge, LLC offers a variety of services including every day to do’s to the more complex long-term projects to the ‘that sure threw a wrench in my plans’.

    A few examples are:

    • Day to Day Errands – such as picking up dry cleaning, post office, return items to store
    • Grocery shopping and putting everything up
    • Wash, dry and fold laundry
    • Hand address and sign Christmas cards or Thank You notes

    • Waiting on service professionals (you know, when the cable guy says he’ll be there between 8am and 12noon and you have to get to work.)

    • Let us help your loved ones get settled in their new Retirement community. We can then set up a schedule to check in often, bring them a *delicious* home cooked meal with their dietary needs in mind. While we’re there, we will tidy, change light bulbs, manage bills, etc.
    Auto Services –
    • Pick-up and delivery for repairs, service
      (Your preferred repair shop or mine)

    Professional Organization Services –
    • Household – $45/hour

            Between October and April – $55/hr
             May thru September – $65/hr

    As basic as simple packing and unpacking or as extensive and full Project Management. I’m here to guarantee your move runs smoothly. A few of the ways you can pick and choose from:

    Pre-move and Packing services

    Available to help plan, pack, coordinate, and organize the entire moving process.
    (Boxes, packing material, movers and trucks additional fee.)

    Prepare a complete household inventory
    Organize files and shredding paperwork as needed
    Help with organizing and purging (keep, donate, discard, sell, or pass along to family and friends)
    Arrange, sort, label and possessions
    Coordinate shipping, estate sales, appraisers and storage facilities
    Assist in consigning, selling, listing online process

    $75/hour for 2 people
    $105/hour for 3 people
    Boxes and packing material extra

    Post-Move and Unpacking/Organizing Services

    Directing furniture and box placement as the moving truck is unloaded
    Unpacking, Organizing and setting up kitchens, baths, bedrooms, and living spaces just the way you like them
    Removing all packing materials
    Reconnecting electronics
    Coordinating with vendors and overseeing all work needed for move-in
    Preparing your new and/or old home for new residents (Move out/Move in cleaning, repairs, etc.)

    $85/hour for 2 people
    $110/hour for 3 people

    Super Hero Package – $300

    ♫ Here I am to save the day? ♫
    I’ll swoosh in with my bright red cape and work with you the entire day to knock out that to do list.
    Ok, maybe not the red cape, but I do have red tennis shoes.
    Does not include packing/unpacking moving services or Home Office Organization.
    Organization of Garage or shed work will add an additional fee.
    9am – 4:30pm, 30 minute lunch
     

    Rescue Package –

    12 hours = $500
    Three 4 hours sessions paid and scheduled in advance. Minimum 4 hours per visit.
    (Does not include packing/unpacking moving services.)
    Perfect for that larger ongoing project.

    Complete Household Management Package

    30 hours = $1,200
    Can be used all in one week or spread out throughout the month.

    They know they need someone on a regular basis and wants to guarantee my availability with 5 Star Service.

    What other details do I need to know?
    Set weekly day and time preferred but you get preferential treatment and no Rush surcharge. (upon availability of other duties.)
    Time is somewhat scheduled in advance, but this gig is mostly for those that don’t care when, just that it gets done.
    Any expected expenses estimated and prepaid. Reimbursement will be credited via payment used.
    Mileage included if within set service areas.
    Does not include packing/unpacking moving services.
    Block of time prepaid.

    Little Darling Package – $175

    Includes 4 hours of personal concierge service to pick up and deliver diapers, formula, medicine, meals and any other essential items. We can also help the new mom with addressing and mailing thank you notes and birth announcements. This is a perfect shower gift!
    Must be used within one visit. (No roll-over.)
    4 hour minimum per visit.
    If outside service area, an additional fee may be added.

     

    TLC (Tender Loving Care) Package – $325

    Senior T.L.C. / Out-Patient Visits / Sick Assistance
    If you have an elderly parent, friend, or family member who’s ill or just been released from the hospital, our TLC includes buying/delivering groceries and prescriptions, running general errands, making sure pets are fed, delivering meals and other needs for 8 hours. Can be split into two visits. 4 hour minimum per visit.
    No roll-over.
    If outside service area, an additional fee may be added.

    Virtual Executive Package – $300/month

    8 hours per Week Virtual Administrative Work

    Details and requirements of project are stated in advance. All work is done virtual. If time at your location is required, additional time outside this package can be arranged for an addiitonal fee.
    Emergencies may incur a Rush surcharge.
    Any expected expenses estimated and prepaid. Reimbursement will be credited via payment used.
    Payment in advance.
     

    Inhouse/Location based Executive Package – $1,250/month

    1 day per week to come into your office for the entire day to help you catch up, file, inventory, errands, shop for supplies, stock break room, organize, etc.

    8am – 5pm with a minimum 30 minute lunch.

    HOUSE, APARTMENTS and CONDOS : MOVE IN/OUT

    Approximate rate for a team of 2 or 3, depending on condition, size, and layout of house and timeline.
    All cleaning supplies and equipment supplied.
    We use environmentally, pet and child safe, chemical free cleaning products.
    If your house isn’t that dirty, then it won’t take as long.
    If your house hasn’t been cleaned in awhile, it may take longer.

    1500 – 2000 sq. ft. – $350 – $400
    2000 – 2500 sq. ft. – $400 – $475
    2500 – 3000 sq. ft. – $475 – $550
    3000 – 3500 sq. ft. – $550 – $650
    3500 – 4000 sq. ft. – $650 – $750
    4000 – 4500 sq. ft. – $750 – $900
    4500+sq.ft. – $900 plus

    Keep in mind, this is a DEEP CLEAN! Not just a weekly service where maids will come in & wipe around.
